Vote-by-mail voters can change their mind and not use their paper ballot to vote.

You can go to your assigned polling place and vote in person using a paper ballot, which is called a β€œProvisional Ballot”. The Provisional Ballot will be processed once all Mail-In Ballots have been received and tabulated. This security process ensures that voters do not vote more than once in any election.

Completed Ballots can be returned one of three ways:

  1. By mail (postmarked by June 4, 2024 must be received by June 10, 2024)
  2. At any of the 30 drop box locations in Morris county by June 4, 2024 at 8PM . Click here to see a map of ballot drop box locations.
  3. Deliver in person to Morris County Board of Elections' office in Morristown by June 4, 2024 (M - F 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM)
