Vote-by-mail voters can change their mind and not use their paper ballot to vote.
You can go to your assigned polling place and vote in person using a paper ballot, which is called a āProvisional Ballotā. The Provisional Ballot will be processed once all Mail-In Ballots have been received and tabulated. This security process ensures that voters do not vote more than once in any election.
Completed Ballots can be returned one of three ways:
- By mail (postmarked by June 10, 2025 must be received by June 16, 2025)
- At any of the 30 drop box locations in Morris county by June 10, 2025 at 8PM . Click here to see a map of ballot drop box locations.
- Deliver in person to Morris County Board of Elections' office in Morristown by June 10, 2025 (M - F 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM)
