How to Register to Vote
All voter registration applications forms should be mailed to the Board of Elections office. Mail your application to the Morris County Commissioner of Registration at PO Box 900, Morristown, NJ 07963-9912.
You must mail in the voter registration form. Faxed or emailed applications are not accepted.
